Partner with DYFIA

From first conversation to clean handover

Five stages, each with one clear decision to make. Bring DYFIA's Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, and Copilot expertise into your client work, and you'll always know what happens next.

How a DYFIA partnership works

  1. Stage 1 of 5

    Discovery and qualification

We talk through the client need and confirm we're the right fit.

What you get: A written fit summary you can act on.

    Responsibilities and checkpoint
    What you own
    • Describe the client need, the relevant Microsoft product or technology domain, and the target timeframe.
    • Confirm who on the partner side owns the decision to proceed.
    What DYFIA owns
    • Assess the required expertise against DYFIA's Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, and Copilot capabilities.
    • Confirm timing and capacity for the requested engagement format.
    Checkpoint
A documented mutual-fit decision based on the Partner need, Microsoft context, timing, and required expertise.
  2. Stage 2 of 5

    Scope and alignment

We agree who does what, and how we'll know it worked.

What you get: A signed-off scope both sides can hold each other to.

    Responsibilities and checkpoint
    What you own
    • Confirm the client's success measures and any dependencies on the partner's or client's own teams.
    • Choose the engagement format: advisory, architecture, implementation, subcontract delivery, or long-term support.
    What DYFIA owns
    • Propose scope boundaries and responsibilities that match the agreed engagement format.
    • Identify dependencies DYFIA needs from the partner or the client before delivery planning starts.
    Checkpoint
Approval of scope boundaries, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and engagement format.
  3. Stage 3 of 5

    Delivery planning

We turn the scope into a plan that fits your timeline.

What you get: A delivery plan with dates, owners, and no surprises.

    Responsibilities and checkpoint
    What you own
    • Confirm the governance cadence and who on the partner side attends each checkpoint.
    • Arrange the client access DYFIA needs to plan and start delivery.
    What DYFIA owns
    • Draft the milestones and governance cadence for the partner to review.
    • Name the risk owner for each identified delivery risk.
    Checkpoint
Acceptance of the delivery plan, milestones, governance cadence, access needs, and risk owners.
  4. Stage 4 of 5

    Collaborative delivery

We build alongside your team, and you see progress as it happens.

What you get: Working software your client can use, reviewed with you.

    Responsibilities and checkpoint
    What you own
    • Attend each governance checkpoint and review delivery against the agreed success measures.
    • Resolve dependencies owned by the partner or client without delay.
    What DYFIA owns
    • Deliver the agreed deliverable or delivery increment and report progress at each checkpoint.
    • Flag risks against the plan as soon as DYFIA identifies them.
    Checkpoint
Acceptance of the agreed deliverable or delivery increment against the approved success measures.
  5. Stage 5 of 5

    Handover and continued support

We hand over cleanly, and you decide whether we stay on.

What you get: A team that can run it without us, and a support decision on record.

    Responsibilities and checkpoint
    What you own
    • Confirm receipt and completeness of the handover materials.
    • Decide, with DYFIA, whether the engagement continues into long-term support.
    What DYFIA owns
    • Prepare handover materials and complete knowledge transfer to the partner's team.
    • Name an owner for every open item remaining at handover.
    Checkpoint
Acceptance of handover materials, knowledge-transfer completion, open-item ownership, and the support decision.

Working this way gives both sides clarity on what happens next, accountability for every commitment, specialized expertise where the work needs it, and delivery confidence at each checkpoint.
